Très bonne alternative aux tampons conventionnels. J'en utilise quelques uns pendant mes règles couplés aux culottes de règles ou en alternance avec une cup. Sans odeur, pas de fuite, pas de sécheresse ni d'irritation après les avoir utilisés. J'en ai toujours avec moi
