At mealtimes, swallow 2 tablets with a glass of water morning and evening for 30 days, then take a break for a week and repeat as often as necessary. Not recommended for children under 12, pregnant and breastfeeding women, or people allergic to hive products. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
